On December 8, Minister Ni Yuefeng and Mr. Lui Tuck Yew, Ambassador of Singapore to China, jointly signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Singapore Customs On China-Singapore (Tianjin) Customs Twinning Cooperation by way of exchanging in Beijing. This MOU was also released as a deliverable of China-Singapore bilateral cooperation mechanism meetings held on the same day via video link.
