On April 21st., 2021, Mr. ZHANG Baofeng, Director General, Department of International Cooperation, GACC co-chaired with Ms. Sabine Henzier, Director for International and General Affairs, DG TAXUD of the European Commission the JCCC’s 8th. Steering Group Meeting. The meeting evaluated the work conducted by the Working Groups on the Smart and Secure Trade Line pilot project (SSTL), IPR and Anti-fraud Cooperation since March 2019, discussed  issues related to implementation and revision of the Agreement between China and EU on Cooperation and Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters(CCMAA), agreed on the text and  legal procedures of the China-EU Strategic Framework for Customs Cooperation 2021-2024 and exchanged views on how to strengthen their collaboration in the years ahead.
