[Zhang Yanjia]: On January 23, China Customs held its first conference on mass line campaign in Beijing, making a summary of the mass line campaign. 02/13/2014 10:33:57
[Zhang Yanjia]: At the conference, Customs Minister YU pointed out the nationwide Customs administrations had made phased achievements on mass line implementation by following Central Government’s requirements for learning and improvement in service for the people, with the cadres taking the lead. 02/13/2014 10:34:51

[Zhang Yanjia]: According to Central Government requirements, the mass line campaign is made up of three links: learning and opinions hearing; problem shooting and criticism; correction and regulation. 02/13/2014 10:38:30
[Zhang Yanjia]: In the link of learning and opinions hearing, we comprehensively learnt theories in combination with practice and activities and we collected and heard true opinions from the masses.
