In principle, as long as there is local need for it, with the cooperation of local customs, related supervision clearance premises can be set up in the place for e-commerce in export of retail goods, so there will be no access list for it. 05/23/2014 11:42:41

In the past, inspection of goods was done respectively by customs and bureau of quality supervision and inspection and thus involved two times of towing/unpacking inspection and correspondingly incurred two times of fees. [Miao Yuexue]: We are currently negotiating with General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on promoting the practice of one-time declaration, one-time inspection and one-time release. We are going to work together in inspecting cargos that require cooperative examination and quality inspection and will cut down relevant fees for enterprises as much as possible. 05/23/2014 11:43:53
[Netizen]: Throughout the country, Customs are working on lightening burdens for enterprises, but customs clearance procedures in Huizhou City, Guangdong remain unchanged. The so-called paperless clearance is actually not put into use at all. There is no difference from the past, and we even have to submit declaration forms on site; that’s more complex than before. In order to further promote the reform of paperless clearance, GACC is taking two measures: the first is to simplify the attached documents of declaration form, and the second is to step up turning attached documents into e-documents. Therefore, GACC has specifically issued Announcement on Matters Concerning Further Progress of the Reform of Paperless Clearance, and we will strengthen our guidance and supervision for different local customs offices and ensure that they fully implement related measures to lighten burdens and increase efficiency for our enterprises. 05/23/2014 11:44:41
