[Qiu Haiying]: In case of any wrong delivery or overload/shortages found before declaring the goods, the enterprise should declare to the customs house as per actual status of goods. Only in the circumstance that the actual information of goods is inconsistent with the manifest information, will the enterprise be required to apply to the customs house for manifest revision and complete the declaration within 14 days upon entry of the means of transport. 06/04/2014 14:30:38
